No, we sell the Art prints and we suggest you to order a frame at your local frame store.

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPING WORKS?
The art prints are selected then they are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damage. We try to use environmentally friendly packaging if possible.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double-check to make sure it didn't land in your SPAM/Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident, whitelist our email address firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately via our contact form here. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register your return via our contact form. After registration you will receive an email within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected. So we suggest you add insurance for your return shipment.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All customers according to European law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days start from the day you receive the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 20 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return will happen on your own account. Contact us at via our contact form to get the return shipping address.
We don’t accept returns on art prints if the package is opened up because the art print can get scratches and fingerprints on it. You can only return the art print if the tube isn’t opened up.
Once your return is received and inspected by our experts, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us via our contact form to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
CAN I ORDER ANY ARTWORK WITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS?
We don't offer custom work. The art is only available in the dimensions shown on the website.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, therefore HIFI.art reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
